My name is Charlotte, I am 21 years old and I am a bubbly, energetic outgoing, patient and compassionate young woman. I am very creative and love doing arts and crafts and I play the piano a little bit, I love to learn! I want to be the very best at everything I put my mind to. I can cook and I love to do so! I also enjoy baking.

If other people were to describe me they would say I am a perfectionist, neat and tidy, loving, energetic and compassionate.

I have nearly 3 years experience working with young adults with learning difficulties, spinal injuries, quadriplegia, the management of ventilation and tracheostomies, prader willi syndrome and down syndrome, showing extreme responsibility and commitment.

I like to encourage independence as much as I can while being supportive and patient. I am an approachable and friendly person, and I have been told that I am compatible with everybody I work with and told that I am a natural with children. I go above and beyond to create an effective bond with whoever I am working with so they feel as comfortable as possible and at ease with me and to enjoy the time we spend together.

I have such a passion for caring, supporting and building a relationship. I have an enhanced DBS completed. I have been on many first aid courses for paediatrics as well as general first aid. I have a diploma in healthcare professions.
