Melissa, sitter in Stockport

My name is Melissa, I'm a mature 18 year old with a responsible and respectful attitude. I have just finished my A levels at college and I am currently doing a gap year. I am looking to gain more experience with children during this time to expand skills I already have. I have a strong passion for working with children and am looking to help out a family who is willing to welcome me and trust me to care for their child/children at times they are not available. I consider myself a caring and friendly person and I am always one to get involved in volunteer/charity work. I have previous experience of working with children on a volunteer basis where duties involved, preparing and running activities, reading one to one and doing role play/ice breakers. I am also very close to my 6 year old cousin and have always been the top babysitter for her.
