I am currently studying my second year of a level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care which I will be fully qualified by May 2015. I have studied many topics such as safeguarding children, their milestones and nutrition which have given me a broad range of knowledge. Previously I have worked with children in both a school and nursery setting, and I have also looked after a variety of cousins and my brother. I plan to study childhood studies at university in September 2015 therefore I would like to expand my knowledge and experience with children whilst looking after children in a safe and fun environment. I have also wanted to work with children from a young age where I have developed my communication skills to ensure I am able to communicate with other effectively. I am a kind and caring person who will go the extra mile in order to help someone, I find working with children can be very rewarding when I am able to make a difference to them such as learning a new skill.
