Rose, sitter - TF9 Stoke on tern

17 year old training at level 2 in childcare at Shrewsbury college .
I’ve had 97 hours worth (still counting) in a child minding setting . I do two days a week there soon to change to a primary school setting .
However before any of this I had years of experience with my two younger brothers . (Now 6 & 7 however I’ve helped with them since day 1)
Thanks to my child minding experience I’ve gained skills in working With a range of ages from young babies to 11 years old . I have a full DBS check that I have to have before entering any setting . I absaloutly LOVE working with children , I see my baby sitting as more experience than about financial gain.
In the future I want to progress to do a level 3 apprenticeship and then either work as a childminder or as a nursery teacher .
I feel I can offer a more professional approach whilst still maintaining a happy and friendly level of care for children .
