Carmen Elisa has taken care of my two childrens when they were infants. She has been wonderful with them and with the entire family including grandparents, I have really appreciated her recounting the day passed with the kids, sharing every single progress, difficulties and happiness. She was completely dedicated to them, she has demonstrated a huge empathy with the two kids, preventing all their needs, understanding the need after each cry.
