Kathryn, baby sitter in Exeter EX2

Hi there,

My name is Kathryn . I am a 20 year old English Literature student in her third year at the University of Exeter. I am originally from New Zealand but have lived in several countries, the last of which was Germany. English is my Mother tongue but I am able to speak, read and write German at a school level. Since I was fourteen I have had a lot of experience babysitting for younger cousins and family friends, all of whom were between the ages of 3-6 or 6 and over. I also volunteered as a teacher's assistant at my former secondary school where I helped in caring for a class of 5-6 year old children. Due to my University class timetable I am looking for a babysitting position where I can work in the evenings or weekends but am also available for emergencies. I am a responsible, organised and hard-working childcarer that loves children and hopes to make the experience fun and enjoyable for everyone. I would be willing to help with any homework, particularly for English, or to play games and sports with them if they wish. I was on several sports teams in school such as Volleyball, Tennis and Netball but I also love to read and do anything involving arts & crafts. I have no problem contributing to household chores or cooking as I am familiar to this having lived for two years at University.
