Hi,

My name is Remy , 18 years old. Although some may be put off my age or lack of relevant qualifications i have plenty of experience in a caring role. I have been the primary carer for my mum for around 6 years which has involved accompanying her when she goes out, cooking, cleaning and helping with anything she may be struggling with. I also have 5 younger siblings which at different times have needed looking after, their ages range from 6-16. In the past i have also helped out neighbors or friends with babysitting. As a cook i cant say my skills are exemplary however i am more than capable of putting together a healthy meal for a family, im a keen baker and find thats always a good way to form relationships with children getting them involved in something practical and fun whilst also teaching them a few things they can use in the future. I personally am an avid reader spending a lot of time in the library or buried in a book so enjoy reading with others and helping them develop their skills.
