I have good time management skills, I am confident and quick at decision making. Both my written and spoken communication skills are very good. I am very determined and also adaptable. I am compassionate, approachable and patient. I am always positive and strive to do the best I can in everything I do. I have had a lot of experience in childcare. I have worked with and taken care of children starting at 4 weeks up to around 13 years. I have cared for children with various disabilities for example autism. I have also looked after children with physical impairments. I am always aware of my surroundings and I have lot of patience especially with children. I am very enthusiastic when it comes to child development so for me it is important that all activities are beneficial, for example getting the children to use their imagination and following their lead rather than having strict structures to all games. adding some form of education into a few of the activities, counting and spelling.
