I am 22 year old fun loving young lady who loves looking after children, children of any age.
I have been told from where I have volunteered and worked that I am very good with children. I have helped out at a Sunday group for nearly 2 years and I have worked at a summer group for children aged 5 to 11 years this summer is my 3rd year and I have worked at a mums and toddlers group for children from birth to 4 years.
I also babysit for my mum's friends daughter who is currently 10 years old(having been babysitting since she was 3/4). The parents fully trust me and know that I am very responsible, the young girl has grown extremely fond with me and I have with her we have a good friendship and bond which is built around trust.
In September 2018, after two years of doing my diploma in Early Years, I passed with three A’s and progressed onto doing an undergraduate degree in Canterbury studying psychology.
During my years at college I did work experience at a local nursery in the first year and then a primary school in the second year. Working with children from 0 to 8 years old.
I have good communication skills, reliable, happy, fair and understanding. I love looking after children and helping others. I have always got positive feedback from parents and friends of how good I am. I always give a positive attitude and smile, believing that I am a role model for younger children. I am very caring and enthusiastic. I believe in creating a warm, loving, nurturing and enabling environment for all children I am looking after based on their individual needs, preferences and abilities. I am also respectful of parents/carers of the child or children I am looking after, respecting them as individuals and parents knowing what’s best for their child.
I love creative games and activities like arts and crafts, painting and Lego. I have been looking after children for about 6 years which includes putting them to bed, painting, glitter, making things out of card and paper, arts and crafts and Lego.

Charlotte can provide references from recent employers
Charlotte works as a volunteer in a children's group called Rainbows in Didcot King's Church. The group is for ages 3-5years and about once a month she helps to set-up the room with toys, refreshments and a craft activity. Then with 2 other volunteers, Charlotte helps to supervise 8-10 children for about 40 minutes during the church service. Charlotte is reliable and enjoys spending time with the children. She is gradually growing in confidence.
She has done some babysitting for us. Including putting our four year old to bed so we could go out a bit earlier. She is very good with our daughter and has a very easy manner. But also able to be firm when needed. We felt totally at ease leaving her in charge and would highly recommend her.
I have been baby sitting a young child and the family gives me nearly £7p/h. I also help out at Sunday school with a group of young children(3 to 5 years) so I believe my rates match my experience. Although prices can be negotiable
