Jadzia, babysitter - EX2 Exeter

Hi! My name is Jadzia and I'm 18 years old. For two years now I've been studying beauty therapy at college and also been working within that industry as well. I left college in May and was then able to work full time in a spa I was able to secure a job in.
However since then in the beginning of October I found that working in a spa and in the beauty industry was just no longer my calling and for many reasons was just something that I no longer wanted to be in.
I wanted something different and a career change and to do something that I love, makes me happy but I am also passionate about making other people happy and taking pride in what I do.
I'm quite ambitious and strive to find a job that I can wake up to and be happy at the thought of going into work. After all I believe that if you do a job you love you'll never work a day in your life.
The reason I'm now interested in childcare is because I know looking after children is something I've enjoyed. Sometimes I consider myself quite child like which then enables me to interact with children better and gives them better enjoyment out of the day especially if they're an only child.
Another reason is because I really want to gain experience and learn, I never want to stop learning and there's always room for improvement. An opportunity like this would also help me when I want to start a family of my own and to help educate myself in that area.
As far as my experience goes with looking after children I've looked after two separate newborns under 1 year for a short amount of time during the day so that's something that I'm gaining confidence in. Most of my experience would come from looking after family friends children aged 5+ which I loved doing from playing with them, giving them things to do, making some basic meals and all over general care.
