My name is Sultana but people tend to call me Sully for short.
Basically, I am back from university for the entire 2015/16 academic year as I am on my placement year working with the Boston Grammar School. My role is a Voluntary Teaching Assistant (with the hope to become a Teacher of English) with the GCSE under performers; so because this position is not paid, I am seeking to apply my skills and experience into occasional part time work.
My experiences are varied. I have young cousins and siblings as well as my experiences as a Senior Activity Leader within seasonal summer camps. Therefore, my understanding and knowledge on young people is quite high - especially those of different ages.
A very positive and optimistic person with a sense of humour. Confident and not afraid to approach challenging situations.
