Hello,
I am a 32 year old male, engaged and have recently returned to my hometown after a journey around the world. I have many exciting stories that I would love to share, especially with children. I left England in 2013 after working for almost three years as a therapeutic counsellor within an eating disorder clinic and a doctors surgery. I travelled to New Zealand to become a youth worker and experienced many jobs, friends and places. I then travelled with my fiancee, whom I met in New Zealand, to America where I competed in an international public speaking competition. I was representing New Zealand as their national champion, which was funny considering I'm from England.
After travelling around the west coast of America for one month, I travelled to Sapporo, in Northern Japan, where I spent some time absorbing the culture, before returning to Plymouth, England.
I may return to Japan, but until then, I would love to be of service and excite children with stories from around the world!
Oh, and I picked up some great cuisine cooking tips from Japan, India and Italy, so I can happily cook if it's required and the ingredients are available. Although I do miss the standard English dinner, so beans on toast is no problem either, I'm adaptable :)
Thank you for reading and I would love to hear from you

I believe that I can provide a service that aims to take the best care of children. I am a qualified counsellor that has a particular appreciation for providing a safe and secure environment that facilitates growth. I therefore believe that the rate I charge is reflective of what I offer, whilst appreciating that I have acquired no formal qualifications. In my case, I draw from experience with babysitting, supervising and working with young people in a variety of contexts.
