I'm Emma and I am 16. I am looking to care for children aged 0-5 years- but I am willing to look after children up to 7 years. I will be available to babysit on your command and more if necessary. My attention is always focused upon the child and their needs, I always try and initiate stimulating and fun play for children in order to allow them to explore. I will also help to enhance their development by gradually teaching them new things and allowing them to reach their full potential. As I have had experience within a home environment and within a nursery setting, I know that children learn best when they are participating in child-initiated activities and adult-led activities. This allows to build confidence and independence therefore I incorporate this within my work. Children learn best when they are enjoying therefore all activities that are available I will make sure they enjoy.
