I'm 45 yr old female with 24 yr Ofsted registered childcare experience, and am proud to say I have always had excellent relationships with both parents and children I have cared for during that time.
I believe children thrive through play, kicking leaves about, understanding technology, finger painting whilst counting, listening talking and building relationships with confidence and respect.
I have experience caring for children 0 -12yrs and also my own 2 boys and 2 step children growing into professional individual adults.
I enjoy all aspects off childcare / babysitting from making baby comfy whilst teething to helping hunt for that last piece information for last minute homework from the joys development stages in early years to explaining that sharing is good but if you really don't want to share your favourite toy today that's also fine, childhood is an adventure learning about the world we live in.
