Hi, my name is Isla and I am an 18 year old student. I have looked after children from a young age looking after my twin siblings from the age of 6, and my extended family which is made up of many cousins. I have also been babysitting on and off since I was 15.
I am looking for occasional babysitting work like looking after kids when parents are going to an event. Therefore I will work when needed. I am able to do dinner, bath and bed and help out with minimal housework such as vacuuming and tidying up after myself.
Having also volunteered at brownies I am used to talking to children and will sit and watch tv with them, read them books or carry out the games you have (like tummyache/jigsaws) to keep children occupied. I have learnt to reason with children and give support when they are not happy.
