I work in a local nursery and have gained a promotion to a team leader. I have worked there for 5 years and before that I worked in a different nursery for 4 years. I have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience with children up to 5 from my job. Although I have babysat for children up to the age of ten. When I have babysat before, I have played games and read to the children, carrying out their routine and bedtime routine. As a childcare worker I feel I have the skills required to 'play' while looking after your child/ren. As each family is different I take into account your needs, and requirements. I can provide references and certificates if needed. I have had first aid and safeguarding training along with other training I have attended through my job.
