Hello, my name is Lauren and I am currently at college studying childcare and I am working towards an NVQ Level 3 by the end of 2016 .I currently do two days placement to get experience and three days in college. Placement has given me ideas of what children like to do and how to keep them entertained. As a childcarer I understand the children needs and I am clear when saying instructions as younger children may find it harder to understand instructions when you only explain once.
