Hi my name is Michele I'm 44 years old and have 3 children of my own age 22, 16 and 6 so feel I have many years experience. I'm currently working in a cafe which is within a school for children with autism and learning disabilities, the children like to come in with me for work experience it helps them with their communication etc, I enjoy working with them and helping them to develop new skills

I am currently a room leader working in a preschool room in a nursery that I have worked at since the age of 16 after completing an apprenticeship. I have worked in all age rooms throughout the nursery and am currently now the deputy manager of the nursery and out of rooms for 2 days a week. I am really looking into getting into being a full time nanny working solely with one family full time. I am fun, energetic and full of ideas of fun things to do.
