Natalie was our Nanny for 10 years. Throughout her employment with us Natalie managed the balance of being professional, but at the same time warm and a delight to have in the house. This is attested to by the fact the our children were devastated when she left and we have continued to keep in touch and see Natalie and her own children several times a year. She was always kind with the children, but at the same time kept order and dealt well with any misbehaviour. She has a good sense of humour, patience and genuinely likes being with children. Natalie is reliable and thoroughly honest. She was always on time and rarely had time off work. She was good at recognising what needed to be done around the house to make it a safe and pleasant environment for the children and was flexible in her approach. She understood the need for children to be stimulated and to be happy and safe.
