Natalie was our Nanny for 10 years. Throughout her employment with us Natalie managed the balance of being professional, but at the same time warm and a delight to have in the house. This is attested to by the fact the our children were devastated when she left and we have continued to keep in touch and see Natalie and her own children several times a year. She was always kind with the children, but at the same time kept order and dealt well with any misbehaviour. She has a good sense of humour, patience and genuinely likes being with children.
