Caraiosa, child care in Londonderry BT47

My name is Caraiosa , I am 20 years of age and currently studying Psychology at Queens University Belfast.
Before this I studied at Thornhill College in Derry between 2008-2013 where I obtained 4 A's and 4 B's at GCSE level, and ABB at A-level.

Throughout the past few years I have taken part in a number of different volunteering groups. I have volunteered for the organisation 'Foyle Parents and Friends, ' where I completed summer schemes annually for two years and was paired one to one with different children and took the role as their carer.
I looked after children with learning difficulties and supported their parents. I also attended a weekly event every Monday for two years where I took the children to the bowling alley. For me such volunteering is exhilarating and has filled me with compassion. This also helped me to improve my people skills, and I also became more confident in providing people with advice and support.

I am caring, friendly and energetic , and believe I possess all the needed qualities and traits in order to make a good child carer. My previous experience has catalysed by ability to show a professional approach towards taking care of children from various age groups, while also having a fun approach and insuring the children are always happy and content.
