Florence, child care in Stanmer BN1

I am a seventeen-year-old looking for a job to fill my holidays and my free time after school and on weekends. I would like to babysit and/or provide part-time care for children after school and/or on weekends.
I have never been employed in childcare before, however, I have worked with children and had a week of work experience in a Child Minder's where I watched babies and toddlers and I had to keep them occupied and encourage creativity. I also work in a tutor centre where I tutor maths and English to children aged 4-14. I enjoy reading stories and helping the process of creativity.
I have also taken a course in sports leadership which required me to lead small groups of 6-year-olds in games that caused them to be active and work together.
I have always relished in teaching my peers whilst at school and I would be glad to help with homework and pass on encouragement and tips to children who play musical instruments.
I have not had much experience with babies as I am the youngest in my family, however, my extended family has had babies and I would be eager to babysit and put in the necessary research required for you to feel comfortable leaving your baby in my care. I share a common weakness for babies but I am not naive enough to think that caring for a baby doesn't have its difficulties and I am willing to put in the work.
