I have my own children and I too need help with childcare now and again for special occasions. But now as my lifestyle has changed again because of my children I feel I should help those who need the help.

I understand how demanding childcare is when you're tying to do something or want something with great importance but you can't because your child/children are affecting your goals.

It can be frustrating you love them so much but you also want to keep your life moving in a positive way which would be a positive for the child/children in the future.

Sometime you just want time to yourself to go out and socialise but again you can't. Or maybe you can't fit the daily house chores up because your child is so young they need your constant attention. It's not easy when you have a child and there's no book out there that will give you guidelines on how to be a parent. Each child is different as no two human beings are the same so you need diversity.

All in all you need to enjoy the fact that you are raising a new person to adulthood in this complex world we live in.
