I am gifted and experienced in working with children. Having worked as an English teacher and nanny over the past few years, I have gained skills in working in partnership with the parents of the children in order to promote the well-being of each child. I have also learned how to orientate my dealings with each child that I have looked after according to individual needs and aptitudes.

I am enthusiastic, caring, a good-listener, gentle and friendly. Children are often drawn to my warm personality. I am also very creative and enjoy using my creativity to propose activities which will keep the children I work with occupied and interested.

I have experience with all stages and age-groups of children, from as young as two (while I was a nanny in 2010), and up to teenage years (through volunteering for an English-speaking club in Lille, France).

I am fluent in French, both oral and written. I also speak a little German. I am a musician (guitar/ voice/ keyboard) and enjoy writing in all its forms (including blogging, novel-writing, songs). I enjoy exploring different languages and cultures, sports (such as yoga, cycling, running), baking, cooking and creative activities like card-making and painting.

I prefer working with very young children, although enjoy caring for all age groups.
