Amy, childcare in Cheltenham

My name is Amy and I'm currently 18 years old. I hold a full driving license and have my own car. I have always had a huge passion for working with children and I am currently studying a foundation degree in early years. I recently finished a Level 3 in health and social care and whilst on the course I gained experience in many areas such as working with children with special needs and also Young children. I have been working in nurseries since April 2014 however along side the nurseries I have taken care of children during the summer holidays whilst their parents work. I believe it is very important to allow children to learn and explore in a safe environment to aid there learning and understanding. I aim to work to best suit each child as an individual and following the advice and plan of parents and the families individual needs. I am looking for a position in which would work along side my course which is a night time course, I am very flexible and can work with each family to create a good plan that suits all.
