Hannah, childcare in Southampton SO15

My name is Hannah Ng and I'm 19 years old. I am currently a student at Southampton Solent University in my first year studying Social Work. I am looking for a part- time nanny job, doing school runs and caring for children when the parents are busy. I have a very flexible university timetable so am available every evening and 4/5 full days a week.
I have always loved being around children and interacting with them. I love to watch them learn and develop and would love a job working with children. I am friendly and sociable and always enthusiastic and smiley. I am extremely punctual.
When I am a qualified social worker I would like to work with children and families, so this job would also be very valuable for me.
I have worked as a babysitter for my neighbours in the past, with children aged 6-10. I used to feed the children and keep them company while their parents were out. I would also put them to bed and make sure they were happy and comfortable.
I volunteered a boarding school for street children in Indonesia in summer 2015 for one month, which involved running English classes and extra activities for the children. I did face painting, colouring and basic maths and English games with the younger children, and helped with emotion building activities, such as team and group work to promote sharing, for the older children. I learned a lot during this time and it was an extremely valuable experience which helped me to understand more about children and the way they learn.
I am comfortable with children of all ages, including babies and toddlers.
