Deborah, childcare - LN11 Louth

I am 51 years of age and mother of four children. Only two are dependent children ages 11 yrs and 8yrs. My other two children have their own homes now as they are adults. My 11yr old has autism adhd/mild Aspergers so I have lots of experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and difficulties of special needs. I completed 2 courses this year and gained certificates for the Solihull project and Positive Parenting Practices. Even at my age I learnt new ways of dealing with childhood behaviour. I have for the last three years been a home career for elderly and disabled people. I’ve worked in nursing homes, and was also a registered Childminder many years ago, so am will to re register if possible. I have also had lots experience of domestic duties and being a mother and wife that comes naturally any. I adore children and if I could of had more my own I would of done lol I’m too old now! Willing to be mothers help etc as long as it fits round my own responsibilities as I will need to take and fetch my own children. My husband is retired so occasionally he may do school runs. Only can do pastime hours at moment 12 hrs max per week but hoping to increase as time goes by. I enjoy creativity with crafts, cooking, playing games, singing etc...please contact me if your interested.
