I am 25 years old woman, who loves to work with children and young people. I have some teaching experience in school where I have worked with a small group of children in classwork and homework. I believe that children should be empowered in learning as well as guiding them to take an active role in their learning.

I believe in setting good examples such as not talking over someone whilst they are speaking and respect one another whether it's values and beliefs or properties. Good behaviour is awarded by stickers or trips in regards to what they have learnt in school or special treats to the cinema.

As a child carer I am a honest and trustworthy and I respect children and young people by talking with them about what makes them happy or sad. I am also like to have fun and I tend to organise creative activities such as drawing, painting and makings items like 'mother's day cards' and cooking healthy fruit snacks.
