James, baby sitting in Southend-on-sea

My name is james and I have been in child care for over 10 years. I have worked in nurseries currently work in the children's centre, i'm looking for an evening and weekend work, I can show all my qualifications, and get references from my employer if need be. In my current job I planned sessions run sessions prepared food and take care of children every day needs. i have also worked with teenagers who have had different learning ability. i am able to plan sessions for different children taking into account the childs age and ability. i have been a positive male role model for children who have seen or heard domestic abuse, i had to work on getting the childs trust for them to feel safe with me and be able to play different games with me. i am also thinking about studying for my level 4 in child care which will help me with my personal development
