I am a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who has the special skills, interest and passion needed to provide support to parents and children. I have developed a mature and responsible approach to any task undertaken, and any situation that is presented. I am committed to helping children reach their fullest potential.

I have experience looking after children and helping them through lessons, workshops and other situations as they occurred. I have worked as an art technician, teaching assistant, school librarian and school receptionist at various establishments where I have provided students, staff and parents with relevant help. As well as these voluntary jobs I have invigilated at my art exhibitions on many occasions, looking after the show and making sure nothing goes wrong and making sure the show continues to look clean, tidy and most of all professional. I have been able to provide positive educational experiences for children in a school setting while having their health and safety in mind at all times.

I have gained experience in teaching and supporting students who have dyslexia, ADHD, speech impairments and behavioural needs.

I have experience from many fields including school establishments in primary and secondary as well as babysitting for friends and family on several occasions. I have a diploma in Teaching and Learning, engineering and degrees in art so I can relate to many forms of entertainment for the children.

On a personal level I have the determination needed to succeed in any challenging environment and I pride myself on being an ethic person who has strong morals. In addition to this I am reliable, have a good sense of humour and am able to work individually or as part of a team. I am willing to submit myself to any enhanced police disclosure checks and can provide you with professional references.
