Nicola, home childcare in Maidstone

My name is Nicola and I am a fully qualified teacher living in Maidstone. I have been teaching for 8 years at both primary and secondary schools. I have a degree in History and a PGCE. I now have two children of my own- Olivia is 4 years old and attends Trinity Preschool 3 days a week, Jack has just celebrated his 1st birthday. I would like to use my experience and passion for working with children around my new family circumstances by providing before and after school care for children over 8 years old.
I am a sociable, fun and hardworking person who is dedicated to working with children. I live in a comfy, spacious home near to Maidstone East and Maidstone town centre which is fully equipped for children. I also have a large garden to provide outdoor play. I have plenty of space and materials for arts and crafts activities. I have access to the Internet and can support and assist with any research needed for homework activities. I have a variety of suitable reading books and information books, and I am a Kent Library member.
