I work shifts. rota would be a month in advance. no nights required
I work 3 shifts over a week. 7.30am u til 8pm during this time 2 children would need to be taken to school and picked up from school. My youngest attends nursery Mondays and Fridays and would need dropping and collecting those days. if my rwork schedule falls on either. I work various shifts, and due to this would pay a set amount monthly equivalent to full time nanny wage. Must be flexible. Occasional weekend work would be required.
