Essential:
Excellent communicator with good rapport with children and babies
Ofsted registered
Live-out position
Permanent position
Part-time initially (few hours per day up to 4 days per week) but very likely to increase number of hours over time, possibly up to full-time
Include weekend work
Own car with full, clean licence
Comfortable around dogs (we have one very friendly dog)
Flexible
Help get children ready in mornings and evenings (dressing, feeding, bathing, etc)
Plan and execute activities to educate and stimulate the children
General help with baby (changing nappy, dressing, comforting, playing, feeding once weaned, etc)
Desirable:
Level 3+ in valid childcare qualification
Relevant experience
Prepare children’s meals
Occasional evening babysitting
Potentially do school runs and take children to activities outside of home in future
