Looking for a nanny in 2018 for a 1year old

I know this is a little in advance but I don't want to miss out on any good nannys out there. ...I'm sure some of which may already know they will become available after their current children start school next September. We are looking for a nanny from the beginning of December '18 / Jan '19 (negotiable)
We are looking for a nanny c8am-5.30pm mon-fri, someone who ideally looks after other children. I believe interaction with other children is good.
We would prefer to go down the nanny route rather than nursery since it means more than just 4 walls for our baby and attention being divided only between a max of 4children .
We are looking for a happy and experienced local nanny and someone who can become part of our extended family :-)
