Jane, is looking for part time childcare - CH1 Chester for the 7 April 2017

Good Afternoon

I currently live in HOole Chester with my husband Ben. We have a 12 month old boy named Patrick and expecting our second child at the end of April.

We are a fun and outgoing family who love to travel and socialise so looking for some additional help and flexibility in order to continue our lifestyle.

Our current situation is

On our arrival of Patrick I returned to work full time my role involves regular trips to London and across Europe so Patrick went to nursery 3 days from 7.30 to 6pm and the remaining 2 days were split between grand parents and Ben as he has flexibility in his role.

Now I have finished for Maternity the second time we are looking at more flexibility at home.

I am unsure how long I will take this time but would expect it would be at least until November/ December this year (9 months maternity)

As our family is growing we want to ensure myself and the husband have some time together and our only support are his family who live over an hour away and are now in there 70’s so feel it is too much to ask therefore...

During this time we would be looking at the following:

To begin...
Patrick – To change to nursery 2 afternoons a week or with a childminder. TBA
A Friday – To have someone at the house from 3pm – 11pm (this is so myself and the husband could go out) the responsibility’s would be with Patrick and the new-born also if possible to support with a few helps around the house (Mainly just ironing) I understand this is time permitted but the children would ideally be in bed from 7pm?
Occasional Other Days during the week for additional support. This could be at your house/ our home doing activities ect ect with both. We can discuss on a week by week basis.

Going forward from this once I would return to work I would then be looking at the following from December:

FT Childminder inc occasional night and weekend where needed.
Or could look at PT Child minder and PT Nursery what works around you.

I am flexible and open to thoughts as this is all new to me. I would be keen to build a relationship and trust in the first few months and then build on this with more time to suit both needs and lifestyles.

I am also flexible on if you mind other children as Patrick is very interactive.

I would be happy to meet to discuss in more detail. I am open to tailoring a role and discussing how both parties lifestyles can compliment one another. We are not looking for a stringent day/ hours and routine. Some weeks may be busy and others quiet. I would anticipate in the beginning it would be less hours but grow as time and trust is built.

Availability for meeting: Thursday 30th March/ Thursday 6th April. This would be just myself and if we are happy can then arrange a time to meet Patrick and my husband Ben best days would be a Monday/ Friday/ Sat or Sunday.
