Childcare needed on a 3 week on 3 week off basis

I'm looking for a Live Out Nanny, on a 3 week on 3 week off basis starting in January 2017, mainly Monday to Friday with school pick ups from two local schools after school activities on a Monday and Thursday and cooking dinner. There could also be occasional pre arranged weekend depending on work requirements.
