We need daily childminding for our Son, he is not enrolled in Nursery yet, currently is at home full-time with me, however as I return to work, I will need help with his care, at present I am looking for full-time work, which may require me to work in an office Monday-Friday although some home working my be possible and my Husband works on shift patterns that may change from week to week, but he will likely have a day or two off in the week where we won't need a minder, I'm not sure how flexi...
