Alan, looking for a nanny - B97 Redditch

I’m a full-time working parent based in Redditch and working for the NHS. I am looking for reliable and caring support with school drop-offs and pick-ups for my two children, aged 7 and 4. I have my children every other week and typically need help with:

Tuesdays and Thursdays: Morning drop-off and after-school pickup until around 5:30pm
Fridays (every other week): After-school pickup until 5:30pm
Occasional backup support on Mondays and Wednesdays if work commitments arise

I work from home on some days and commute to the office on others, so I’m looking for someone dependable, flexible, and experienced with school-aged children. If you offer school runs, after-school care, or flexible part-time options, I’d love to hear from you.
