Mhlanga, looking for a nanny - DE1 Derby

I am looking for a reliable, caring and patient nanny or childcare provider to support my 6-year-old daughter, Michaela, from September 2026. Michaela is autistic and has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). She will be attending Springfield Primary School from September.

Initially, I am looking for someone to help Michaela settle into a routine before I begin my university placement in February 2027. From February onwards, I will need regular before and after-school support on placement days.
Ideally, I am looking for someone who can come to our home, as school transport will collect and drop Michaela off at our home address. Experience supporting autistic children or children with additional needs would be highly desirable.
Michaela is a happy, affectionate little girl who enjoys sensory play and responds well to calm, patient and consistent adults. She benefits from predictable routines and understanding of her sensory needs.
