Graham, looking for a nanny in Bristol

Hi, my family are moving to Bristol at the end of this year, with our 2 year old son, and a newborn baby.
We are looking to secure a nursery spot for our 2 year old, but would be looking for a nanny or something similar for the newborn, once it reaches 6 months in late April 2025, when my wife will be going back to work. I think we'd prefer to match with someone who is looking after other children of a similar age, to help them learn to play and interact with others, but that is not absolutely essential at this stage.
We'd be looking for someone who is passionate about caring for children of all ages, but with a specific focus on young children, and someone who would look to form a bond with our son/daughter. We have a bit of time to plan this, so would be willing to wait for the right person.
