We need help in the school holidays with our 4 year old boy Leo who is quite noisy and hard work. He is speech delayed so can get frustrated. Either my husband or I will very probably be at home but we need a second pair of helping hands in the house. Or to have Leo stay with a childminder for 4 or 5 hours a day.
