Hello. My name is Sue. I have recently moved to this area with my partner. In the past I have was General Manager to a group of 13 homes for young people with Autism and Learning Disabilities. It was a very enjoyable but at times stressful role overseeing 150 staff and advising managers on the care of our client group. I am now looking for a much less demanding position where I can work 'hands on' whilst still giving an excellent service to a family who requires my assistance. In the past I was also nanny to 20 girls aged 10-11in a residential Ballet School, this was great fun and no two days were ever the same! I have three grown up boys of my own. I was very involved in all aspects of their lives; chair of their schools PTA. Supporting them in all their individual interests and driving to all rugby matches and supporting them there. I was also Child Protection Officer of their local Rugby Club. I am a big rugby and sport in general fan. I like to think I have a great sense of humour. I enjoy socialising and I have an outgoing personality. I am patient and a positive communicator. I am puncutual and hard working. I would respect the wishes of the family I worked for and follow their direction in assisting with the care of their children. I am happy to forward a full C.V if requested and can supply excellent references.
