Lizzie, nanny - HR1 Hereford

My name is Lizzie, I'm currently 17 years old, turning 18 in August, I am working as a full time nanny for a lovely family at the moment, however unfortunately the family are moving away and therefore I will no longer be able to care for the children, I have a lot of experience with all ages, coming from a large family, I have grown up with having the responsibility of looking after children. I am trust worthy, hard working, organised and always on time, I enjoy spending time with children and getting to know them, I find because of my age children feel comfortable around me and I'm still young enough to know all the games they play and be able to get fully involved, I like to create a relationship with the children so that I'm more another person in the family rather than just a babysitter or a nanny, this way the children are able to connect with me on a higher level and I am able to gain their trust which means I will have more knowledge about them and their own personal needs.
