Natalia is currently employed as our part time nanny. Her main qualities are that she is very personable, the children love to play with her and learn to speak Spanish. She is very prompt, whenever there are any last minute changes to shift patterns or if we require her to do additional duties she is very obliging. The only flaw l would say she has is that her basic cooking skills are not very good, however, this could be down to a difference in culture with regards to the way we cook and she does always try her best to help in that department in order for the children to be fed on time. I would recommend Natalia because she is very flexible, she is great with the children who love having her around as well as being honest and trust worthy.
