Megan, nanny in Kingston upon hull HU1

Hello and thank you for looking at my profile. My name is Megan and I am a 23 year old student currently living near Beverley road. I’m studying international business & Chinese in hull (before this I was a bank manager and retail assistant).

I have tons of childcare experience, babysitting for 3 different families from when I was 13 until I was 18. The children ranged from 6months to 12 years old and each family had between 2 & 6 children. I also personally have 5 younger brothers whom I helped to care for whilst my mum was working. In May I travelled to China to be an Au Pair for the summer, unfortunately my family had a serious bereavement and I had to come home to England as they had to leave China, in the 6 weeks I was there I learnt a lot more than I thought I knew about children. It was a great experience!

I have helped a young boy (13 when I was 20) study for his GCSE giving private tuition for English, maths, geography and history. I am happy to cook, tidy after playtime and help with general hoise hold duties like washing etc. I love to bake, play in the garden, read books, sing dance and all that silly stuff :). I am fun and interested in children and the way they think, speak and learn.

I ideally would like to find a family who needs childcare over the summer whilst they’re working, however I am totally interested in general babysitting. I do not drive but I do have a bus pass and I’m confident in getting busses and being on time for work etc.
