My Name is Hermione, I'm 25 years old and live in Maidstone

I am an experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and caring individual with a passion for working with children and young people. I thoroughly enjoy nurturing and encouraging a child's development while building a bond with each individual I work with. I believe that a childcare provider should feel like an extended part of the family of whom you can trust and rely on.

I love the outdoors and finding different ways to stimulate your child's learning through various activities. With this said, I don't force tasks on the children and instead encourage them to lead the way in their own Learning.

I have over 6 years professional experience working with children and young people both in a school and in a childcare setting.

Ideally I am looking for a sole charge position as I believe it creates a better bond between child an carer. I am happy to take on household tasks for the family if this doesn't impose on the care for your child/children and I am also happy to cook for the children.
My fee is £10 net per hour for one child and an additional £2.50 net per hour for additional children.
