My name is Lisa and I was a SEN Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Primary and Secondary Schools for 5 years. I was the manager of a school holiday club attached to a nursery for eighteen months where myself and my staff and I looked after up to 70 children aged 3-11 years old providing various activities and days out. I registered as a Childminder and set up my business in 2001 and have always been full. We spend 40% of the time learning in the outdoor environment, 40% at home and 20% at various children's activity groups/play areas.
