I qualified in childcare almost 12 years ago and have been working with children during my course and ever since. I've been a room leader for 2 year olds and am currently a room leader for pre school age children and the deputy manager of a private nursery school. I have been deputy for almost 6 years and room leader 8. I have also been on a number of courses including first aid and risky play.
