Charlotte, occasional childcare - CM7 Braintree

My name is Charlotte, I am 19 years old and have a National Diploma Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development. This has enabled me to work with children as young as 7 months up to 8 years old. Before i completed College, I worked in different placements - Nurserys, Pre-Schools and Primary schools to ensure I had experience with the different ages and how they developed. In the past I worked in a Nursery looking after children from 7 months up to just before they leave school, however my main priority were babies and toddlers. As a childcarer, I am easy to get along with, I would class myself as a bubbly person and my priorities would be ensuring children are kept safe at all times. I enjoy the outside and doing exercise, therefore I feel this would benefit children as they're also able to learn about the environment while playing in it. I also enjoy creating things and this would also benefit children to develop their PILES (Physical, Intellectual, Language, Emotional and Social) skills.
