I am 57 and very loyal, hardworking, social.and have a good knowledge of early years.I have worked for Durham county council for 10 years until i was recently made redundant. Before that i had knowledge of my training in a good primary school which i was shared between nursery and reception classes. In my most recent role consisted of building up a good relationship with the parents/carers and tracked their childrens progress. Having a good relationship is paramount as you are able to build up trust and share information as and when needed.M y role was to provide age appropriate resorces for the children to thrive and learn and to be kept safe at all times.
